Tosta Rica realizó un sorteo entre los compradores de las galletas Oceanix. El premio era dormir con tiburones en el Oceanográfico de Valencia una noche, pasando el día siguiente en el parque. En La Línea Publicidad, como responsables de producción, nos encargamos de gestionar los viajes de las 10 familias ganadoras.
En primer lugar reservar fecha para la noche adaptándonos a las plazas existentes y a la disponibilidad de cada una de las familias. Se han gestionado 3 turnos para marzo, abril y julio. También hemos tenido que tener en cuenta los puntos de origen para reservar vuelos, trenes, taxis, etc… Y realizar la programación de actividades, reservar hoteles, restaurantes…
Hemos tenido familias de diferentes puntos del territorio español, por lo que decidimos que los que más alejados viajaran en avión, media distancia en tren y los residentes en Valencia o periferias realizaran el traslado directo en taxi. Una vez terminado el sábado en Oceanogràfic se trasladaba a las familias al hotel para descansar y reponer fuerzas para el viaje de regreso.
Después de cada viaje hemos preguntado a nuestros huéspedes que les ha parecido la experiencia y nos ha alegrado saber que todos han disfrutado mucho y nos han calificado como excelentes.
